The 9th Annual Steak Out is back—and it’s the night everyone’s been waiting for.
For one unforgettable evening, St. Mary’s transforms into the ultimate open-air celebration, where 20 cooking teams fire up their grills and serve unlimited steak tastings to a crowd that knows how to enjoy a good party.
From the moment you walk in, the energy is unmistakable—smoke rising from the grills, music carrying across the grounds, drinks flowing, and friends gathering under the lights. You’ll sample steak after steak, cast your vote for your favorite team, and settle in for a night that feels part block party, part backyard competition, and entirely one of a kind.
The evening features an open bar, a high-energy live auction, and live music from Disco Lemonade—back by popular demand—keeping the celebration going all night long.

How It Works
- Each 4-person team receives 4 additional event tickets (with the option to add more at a discount).
- We supply the steaks — you bring the grill, seasonings, a side dish, and creativity.
- Cooking starts at 2:00 PM with a tailgate-style vibe, with music and grilling.
- Guests will vote for their favorite steak for the People’s Choice Award.
- Awards include Grand Champion (Judges’ Choice), People’s Choice, and Best Team Decor.
The best part? This is the most fun (and the best value) way to experience Steak Out.

Frequently Asked Questions
What does my ticket include?
Your ticket grants you access to unlimited steak tastings from all participating teams, catered sides, an open bar with beer, wine, and hard seltzers, and a full evening of live music and entertainment.
Is there seating available?
Yes, there will be tables and seating areas throughout the venue, but many guests enjoy moving between the cooking team tents, mingling, and enjoying the open-air setup. VIP ticket holders will have access to reserved seating in a private lounge area.
How does the steak competition work?
Cooking teams serve steak samples to all guests from 6:00–8:00 PM. Every guest gets a People’s Choice ballot to vote for their favorite. A panel of judges will also evaluate each entry for the Grand Champion Award. Winners will be announced at 8:45 PM during the live auction.
Where do I park?
There are several nearby parking lots within walking distance, primarily at Old Shell Road and Providence Street. The St. Mary’s school parking lots will be closed, and no people or vehicles will be allowed to enter through that parking lot during the event.
